oh hello~ people.
I'm in the office again.
I've got limited stuff to do, so as to avoid finishing them too early and ending up "jobless", i've decided to slack a little here and work a little there.
So currently, i'm slacking a little here.
Wee... As you all know, i read newspaper articles and summarize them at work. So just now, i came across this SUPER SUPER funny newspaper article on iras, in Today.

to read it. Its in the weekend edition of Today, its called "Tax my money, not my sanity"
Damn funny.
Shall quote a small portion of the article:
"In the first quarter of every year, Singaporeans
and foreigners alike all receive
their Income Tax Returns from those gloriously
efficient folk down at the Inland
Revenue Authority of Singapore (Iras, but
usually pronounced as 'iris' because they've
always got their eye on you)."
And there's another portion on the Singpass letter.
So so so funny.
"Iras recently sent me a chirpy letter that
thanked me for using my SingPass to e-file
my Income Tax Return and kindly invited
me to do so again.
That was most polite of them.
The only drawbacks were I didn't use
my SingPass last year, I don't have a
SingPass and I have absolutely no idea what
a SingPass is."
Alright. This is hilarious especially if you know exactly what he means.
Eks. My collegue aka supervisor just walked past.
Hm.
And he also asked if i wanted to take leave on Wed. Cause i once told him that i wanted to take leave every Wed and he happily (so called) agreed to it.
Should i? Should i take leave???
For some reason, i'm happy to be at work today.
Why ah?
Went out with Sharon the other day. She wanted to get a shirt for her SMU interview
And then i went for sec 4A2 class outing. I'll post the photos up some time soon. I still am amazed to see how some people have changed although i've expected them to. Mr low didn't change. *eh hem*
And then with Geraldine.
And then with Felicia and Caleb.
And then with Felicia.
ok. this is lame. i shall stop.
I've got another issue to discuss with you guys later.
Maybe in another post.
I think "discuss" is the wrong word to use cause blogging is more of a passive activity than a active one
