As at 31 March 2004, the Company’s authorised share capital was $1,000,000.00 divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each and the issued and paid-up capital was $2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of $1.00 each. For the purposes of the Restructuring Exercise and in anticipation of the issue of the New Shares, the Company’s authorised share capital was increased on 28 October 2004 to $36,000,000 divided into 36,000,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each. Pursuant to the Restructuring Exercise, the Company issued an aggregate of 2,965,968 new ordinary shares of $1.00 each in consideration for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of each of SMC and OM. The Company’s issued and paid up share capital immediately after completion of the Restructuring Exercise was $2,965,970 comprising 2,965,970 ordinary shares of $1.00 each.
On 28 October 2004, the shareholders of the Company approved, a reorganisation of the share capital of the Company by the consolidation of every eight ordinary shares of $1.00 each in the authorised and issued share capital of the Company into one ordinary share of $8.00 each, followed by the sub-division of every one ordinary share of $8.00 each in the authorised and issued share capital of the Company into 100 ordinary shares of $0.08 each, with a resultant authorised share capital of $36,000,000 divided into 450,000,000 shares of $0.08 each and an issued and paid-up capital of $2,965,970 comprising 37,074,625 shares of $0.08 each in the capital of the Company.

She was telling me.
In a class of 40, most are married. About 5 unmarried.
And there's the same number of people married and divorced.
okie. That means.
30 married

5 divorced
It's interesting to know. and one of my aunt's classmate is a philosophy lecturer in Fass.
