The following is from my legal professor:
How to Answer Questions
Some students have asked me how one should go about answering question. By and large answering law questions is not very different from anwering any other type of question relating to a non quantitative subject. Nonetheless, I will talk about these issues possibly next week after all the grps have finished their second assignment. I did not want to talk about these right at the beginning of the course - because - I wanted you do to the thinking - as to how to present the answer. Once you go out and start working/or doing a biz - on many occasions - no one is going to tell in how to do something (unlike in school). Some of you are so accustomed to the instructor telling you exactly what you want. It is best that you wean yourself out of it for the reasons mentioned above. Nonetheless, I am glad to note that there were indeed groups who did very well - with little guidance - because they spent time and thought about it. I was pondering whether I should talk about it for the exams since I have not talked about it for the assignments. Nonetheless, since I have quite a few queries relating to this and some of you are extremely concered - I shall. But really in real life - no one is going to tell you. You will just have to try.
Very much like how i felt when i first entered n-u-s.
Anyway, i agree with what my prof said.
If u survive, good for you!
If you don't then, too bad~ :P
Guess my group didn't do too well for the assignments.
haha.
oh well. what's done is done.
Its just too bad for me. lol
