Still no reply from the sch.
You can run, but you can't hide!!
lol.
I shall give it one more day?
Send him the same mail again wed night.
Anyway, why is there this fear of losing myself present more and more often these days?
I look ahead into my future. And it projects way way into the horizon indefinitely.
I don't see the end. Though there's bound to be one at some point.
I need to learn to live for the moment.
I can't live just because life goes on.
First posted on august 20, 2006, that's almost a year ago. It still is very relavent.
“Today we came across an individual who behaves like an automaton, who does not know or understand himself, and the only person that he knows is the person he is supposed to be, whose meaningless chatter has replaced communicative speech, whose synthetic smile has replaced genuine laughter, and whose sense of dull despair has taken place of genuine pain. Two statements may be said concerning this individual. one is that he suffers from defects of spontaneity and individuality which may seem to be incurable. At the same time it may be said of him he does not differ essentially from the millions of the rest of us who walk upon this Earth.”
[Taken while reading Stephen R Covey, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People] originally from Erich Fromm
And i still don't want to become like the individual. It's a little difficult cause we're so mass produced nowadays. But that's not an excuse!
