Happy 1st day of sch!
lol.

Hm. Sch was ok.
I have "temp" accountant prof who is quite humorous really.
And my finance prof reminds me of Prof Mcgonigal from Harry Potter.
"Do not sit at the stairs. You can sit here, and here and here and here and here..." she said as she points at all the randomly scattered empty seats in the 98% full LT.

Bought my first financial calculator.
Somehow that sounds cool.
It costs $58. Not so cool anymore right.
And it comes with a leather case. No wonder it's $58

I'm surrounded by really nice and understanding people.
And i'm really thankful for that.

Funny how the sg gahmen can make some things compulsory. Where is my freedom of choice?!
That aside, I've always thought getting an annuity is a really good safeguard for your golden years.
Annuity is an attempt at income and consumption smoothing! Sry. that just hit me.

Damn.
I'm beyond my years.
