Renovation to the left. To the right. And in front!
Renovation everywhere! ! !
The noise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh man.
The pink house just beside my neighbor's house just got sold to an Indian family.
And the one round the corner (which is a pretty one,has a fountain under its spiraling glass stairs) is also having renovations. That house is selling for 2.3 mil.
And lastly, 2 houses down the lane. 1.7 mil each. Also renovating. One owner staying and the other selling.
I know the housing industry is red hot and all.
I get it why people are selling houses now. Cos houses can be sold at a good price.
But why are people buying when prices are so high?!
erm. To resell? Nope. Cause got renovations gg on.
Cause they just sold their old house,made a windfall and need a new house to stay in?
Given my limited intellect, that's the most logical reason i can think of.

Like shara said, when you dump something out of your backyard. Don't disclose what you dump. I know what someone dumped and the person doesn't know i know. Aiyah.
