I've just learnt how to use excel to solve LP models via webcast.
Somehow, there's this large sense of satisfaction.
haha. lol
I'm an excel idiot can.

Webcasting is really useful.
I just find it really hard to concentrate during real time lectures. Loads of distraction all round.
Think i owe my econs grade last sem to webcasting.
No kidding.

Wonder how much an apartment at orchard residences costs...
5 mil? 7 mil? 20 mil?
haha. Was jokingly telling my mum just now when the advert for the orchard residences came on.
Told her: Wah, next time. If i cannot decide if i wanna stay the orchard residence or sentosa cove. I'll buy both!
So 1,3,5 i'll be at the orchard residences. And 2, 4, 6 i'll be at sentosa cove.
muahaha.




Just found out that OR costs $3,000 per square foot (psf) and..."The Orchard Residences will be three and four-bedroom apartments ranging from 1,800 sq ft to 2,900 sq ft."
Means, apartments will costs between 5.3 mil and 8.7 mil...hmmm. OK

And SC $1,233psf . But that's only for the plot of land. You got to build ur own house. baby.
hmm. Surprisingly, most units are sold. Left with 3 plots. Quick. Chiong ah!
