11:12 PM...............................................................................
Hi. haha.
I know i've not been blogging (proper).
Anyway, I'm here now.

Just yesterday, I've received a HAND-DELIVERED letter
The door bell rang
Mum answered the door
I heard her say my name with much shock in her voice (the parcel or what not was apparently meant for me)
Went down hoping that it was roses or sorts from my secret admirer, only to find that it was a letter from MOH, National Organ Transplant Unit.

Hm. And yeah. They're after my organs.
And yep. You can have my kidney, liver, heart, cornea. In fact, all Singaporeans between the age of 21-60 are by default, under the Human Organ Transplant Act

I am considering offering my whole body (not being very precise here) up for transplantation and treatment under another act called MTERA. It's diff from HOTA cause its a opt in scheme and your tissues come into the picture as well.
Quote MOH booklet which came with letter "Organs included: All my organs and tissues eg kidney, liver, heart, cornea, lung, bone, skin"
Mathematically speaking, HOTA is a subset of MTERA.

Logically speaking, opting in makes full sense.
What will become of you and your organs after you turn vegi or die?
Ashes eh.
So might as well make full use of whatever's left of me to save a life.
(hope i'm not overly rotten for use)

There's a skin shortage in our hospitals now. Can use my eczema filled skin.
Guess I'll fill in the opt-in form tomorrow. Love how sadistic the form is
