11:40 AM...............................................................................

Seated Buddha with dharmachakra-mudra, Sarnath style, 6th c. AD

Ok. What you're looking at is THE piece of classical Buddhist art, the closest representation of the Buddha you can get in a physical form ever. Never knew a sculpture can symbolize so many things! Amazing.
Spend a moment to take in its full grandeur.

Taking a mod in arts and working with a group of yr 1s made me feel old.
And i'm not the kind who likes to draw a line between senior/junior yr students.
Haiyox. Its just a year, but there's this undeniable gap. as much as i wish it wasn't there.

YS met up with YS yesterday.
haha. I finally met someone who has a right perspective of my sch! YS, i applaud you for your acute sense of judgment.
And no applause for evil thoughts.

Woke up today with this phrase playing in my head
"Be thankful for no one of us has earned the right to wake up the next morning"
I heard it years ago during chapel in PL.
haha.
Don't ask me why I have such a odd head which tells me random stuff like that at random times of the day. I don't know either. But i know it explains why I am able to blog so randomly. It's my head; the occasional radio which flicks on randomly as if its operated by the spontaneous emission of radioactive particles. (gosh, i retained my physics vocab)
But hell yeah do i agree with my head. We all should be thankful to be awake.

Heh wait. Who ever said it's my head that was doing the talking? ys you presumptuous pig.
