I don't like it when people go MIA when you're working in a group.
It's disruptive and inconsiderate.
And I nv understood why people say " Sry. I did not check my email"
I think that is crap excuse.
Isn't it your responsibility to check your mail everyday, esp when the you know full well that we're communicating via email.

I mean. If you're busy. At least say you are and ask for some time!

How long have you been on this Earth? 20 freaking years and you're acting like a 2 year old.
You don't expect others to baby sit you when you're 20 OK?
