My dear manager fired someone today. Someone I know. Someone who works ...hai.
I shall reserve my comments.
I think my internship report will sound like a drama script.

Second last week into the internship and I'm finally doing some real ordit.
I'm in charge of a entire section now. I approach the client, question them, listen to their explanation and follow up from there.
Taking ownership of your work feels good.
I manage to speak to my colleagues from the other teams yesterday. Felt it was important to find out if the insane working culture exist across teams.
Me: How are the hours like in your team?
Her: Depends on the engagement
Me: So what's your record?
Her: 10pm
She's a full time staff mind you.
10pm is considered early in my current team.
(thanks good friend for reminding me that 10pm is early)
Reiterate --> Leaving before midnight = early <---reiterate
I think the people under my manager had it bad. Really bad.
Buffling really. How she manages to climb with people leaving every year.
Ho.What an experience.
