Say hi to the I in the DISC
I counted the no of lights in the storeroom we were working in
And asked my colleague if she knows how there were.
They've been in the room for at least 10hrs each day for 3 weeks, ah haha. so i thought it'll be interesting question to ask
oh. hoho. there were 2+16+6+2=26
She was evidently amused. Poor thing lah. They stayed till 3am yesterday.

Then...i couldn't get a cab home cause the cabs were changing shift and all.
So i ended up talking to the bell boy who was trying to get me cab
Poor man stands at the valet till 11pm every night and he asked why I am knocking off so late
And i told him we're doing or-dit at this place...ordit ah...
Then he asked if I'll be here tomorrow. I told him yes but..hopefully earlier :X

Then...it was talking to mr taxi uncle. He tried to pronounced my name in pinyin. talked about 958fm and how everyone sticks to the speed limit along the kpe. ah haha. adorable.
And inevitably, we touched on the topic of work
And once again, i told him i was doing ordit...and it was difficult working till so late
Upon hearing that, he said: work hard good, you can gain experience
So i said: 吃得苦中苦...
and he said 方为人上人
Ahhaha.
Then he commented that my chinese standard is "not bad" and asked if I was chinese ed
I told him i'm not and that i am not so old.
ah hahaha. lol.
Before I left the cab. Mr Taxi uncle said (pardon the literal translation): nowadays, youngster who want to eat bitter like you very rare.
And i said that's not entirely true
Partly cause I don't have much of a choice but to eat bitter and partly cause I still believe there are people out there who is less complacent than me
For example...
The other intern who is working with me decide to stay on after I leave after he told me to tell the sup we're leaving. Like zzz
And my sup said: see...people so hard working
To that, I said: pls..quality over quantity
Ah haha...I don't know my place as an intern. But what i said is true lor....
Why stay when you can no longer work?
Doesn't make sense to me.
But then again, nowadays alot of things don't make sense to me.

A friend is going to have a important exam tomorrow.
