Things I've learnt today
1. I need to come back.
- Clarice has been asking me to come back. For valid reasons
2. Don't try to be funny and offer to print notes for the class. What I got in return was 12x30 cents worth of coins.
3. The importance of networking
I know some non biz students must be reading this and thinking: Yucks. This is so fake.
I'm not denying that it can be. But its all part of business...knowing the right people can really get you places. That's the cruel reality of life (ok. the business world maybe): It's not what you know...but who you know.
Prof highlighted this point today in class today and that might have sparked off a facebook add friend frenzy. It's important to network...while staying true to yourself
Random note:
I have mosquito bite on my lip. It happened while I was napping.
Been having headache and feeling giddy the whole day - My body is asking me to rest.
I need rest lah........
