Anyway, the point is. I did not spend cash/credit on clothes.
God forbid I reach the point of using credit on clothes.
And...I'm hopelessly in love with the Kuih Lapis that is sitting in the living room now
It's a annual CNY gift from my grandaunt, baked by her daughter.
(Allow me to insert that I'm in love with uncle too. But that's a much less destructive relationship in comparison)
I tell you it's so good that it's worth the calories.
Come to think of it, it's not wrong to have soup for dinner so that you can have stomach for CNY tidbits afterwards.
It's CNY. The festive season. Need to have the stuff while it's erm....still in season.
ah ha.
I love chinese new year for the goodies.
And I love the period after chinese new year too.
Unwrapping the hampers and....having the goodies thereafter. muhaha.
